How China fulfillment pricing works

Fulfillment pricing often comes with fine print. This post explains how a SuperFulfill quote is put together, what each part covers and what to prepare so your quote reflects your real products and markets.
The fulfillment fee
Fulfillment is US$0.50 per order. That covers inbound receiving, storage, picking and packing, and a dedicated account manager. It doesn't include shipping, duties, insurance, custom packaging materials or specialist services, which are quoted separately.
Shipping
Shipping is quoted separately, based on your products' sizes and weights and the countries you sell to. Rates differ by destination, so we price the markets you actually ship to rather than a general table.
Two ways to be priced
Depending on your range, we prepare either a standard rate card or a quote priced per product. Your charges appear on daily invoices in the client portal, with a breakdown of what each charge is for.
What we need from you
To build your rates, share your brand and store link, the platform you sell on, your monthly order volume, main markets, a product list with sizes and weights, average units per order, and any special handling needs such as fragile or oversized goods. Every application is reviewed for fit.
