Is there a minimum order volume?
We don't publish a fixed minimum. Tell us your products, typical monthly orders and markets when you enquire, and we review each enquiry individually before we quote.
How long does onboarding take?
Once your rates are agreed, your stock moves to our warehouse and is checked in, your store connection is tested, and orders can start shipping. The timing mostly depends on when your stock is ready to move.
