In supplier-catalogue dropshipping, a supplier holds the products and ships each order for you, so packing, presentation and stock control depend on that supplier. SuperFulfill works differently: you buy stock from your suppliers and send it to us, we receive and check it in China, and every order is picked, packed and shipped from that stock in one warehouse, with an account manager as your contact. We hold stock you own; we are not a supplier catalogue and don't buy products order by order.
