Business model
Fulfillment for direct-to-consumer brands that make in China
Connect your store, keep your stock beside your manufacturer and ship every order straight to your customer, wherever they are.
- Your factory
- SuperFulfill, China
- Your customers
Warehouse in China
- 1Order received from your store
- 2Picked with barcode checks
- 3Packed to your brand standard
- 4Handed to the carrier for its destination
In short
A DTC brand owns the customer relationship, so every parcel carries the brand. SuperFulfill connects to your store, holds stock in China, packs each order to your standard and ships it worldwide on DDP terms, without first moving bulk stock into an overseas warehouse.
Who it suits
Is this a fit for your business?
- Brands selling from their own Shopify or WooCommerce store, manufacturing in China
- Brands selling into several countries without wanting a warehouse in each
- Growing brands that want capital in product and marketing rather than in overseas stock
Common challenges
Cash tied up in stock abroad
Pre-stocking an overseas warehouse means paying for production, freight and storage before the stock sells.
One warehouse, one region
A warehouse in one country serves that region well and every other market less well.
Brand experience at arm's length
When fulfillment is far from production, packaging and quality issues are found by customers rather than before dispatch.
How orders move
How an order travels from your store to your customer
Where stock comes from, what happens in the warehouse in China, and where orders go.

How fulfilling from China helps
What changes when fulfillment runs from China.
Stock held in China
Inventory stays in China and ships per order, so you don't pay to move and store bulk stock abroad before it sells.
Orders in, tracking out
Orders flow from your store to your assigned warehouse in China, and tracking flows back to your store and your customer.
Every market from one place
Orders to each destination ship on the carrier chosen for that market, on DDP terms, with customs handled.
A named account manager
A dedicated account manager in your own SuperFulfill WhatsApp group who knows your account.

Workflow
Illustrative example: a DTC brand's first month in China
- 1Rates are agreed, and stock moves from your factory to your assigned warehouse in China, where it is checked on arrival.
- 2Your account manager checks the store connection and how orders are routed before fulfillment starts.
- 3Orders are picked, packed in your packaging and shipped to each customer on the carrier chosen for their country.
- 4Restocks are planned with your account manager and move from the factory to our shelves within China.

Good to know
What to plan for.
We'd rather you know these before applying.
- Every enquiry is reviewed individually: tell us your products, typical monthly orders and markets, and we confirm what we can handle before we quote.
- Delivery times depend on the destination, the carrier and the service level chosen.
- WooCommerce is a supported channel rather than a one-click app: how orders reach us and tracking returns is agreed at onboarding.

FAQ
Direct-to-consumer brands: common questions
Will customers know their order shipped from China?
Orders ship in quality-checked packaging, optionally branded, with tracking sent to your store and your customer. Duties are handled as part of each shipment, so there is no separate import charge to explain at the door, except where a destination imposes a separate charge noted in your quote.
Do we need a warehouse in our main market as well?
No. Orders ship from China to each destination directly. Whether that suits every market you sell in depends on your products and destinations, which we review when quoting.
What happens to our current provider's stock?
Your account manager plans the move with you: stock moves to your assigned warehouse in China and your store connection is checked before orders switch over.
