In short

Electronics are high-value, often fragile and frequently sold both direct and through distributors. SuperFulfill inspects stock on arrival, packs devices with reinforced, careful handling, and ships consumer orders and partner deliveries from the same stock in China, with each product's shipping requirements confirmed before quoting.

Who it suits

Is this a fit for your brand?

  • Device and gadget brands manufacturing in China and selling online in several countries
  • Phone accessory brands with many compatible variants per product
  • Brands that sell direct to consumers and also supply retailers or distribution partners
  • Products where protection in transit and the condition on arrival matter

Common challenges

01

High value per unit

A damaged or lost device costs far more than a garment, so handling and packing standards matter on every order.

02

Product-specific shipping rules

Batteries and other components can limit which routes and services a product can use, and the rules differ by destination.

03

Direct and wholesale together

Consumer parcels and distributor deliveries often have to come from the same stock without double-counting it.

04

Fast-moving models

When a model or accessory variant takes off, the time from production to sale decides whether demand is met.

How fulfilling from China helps

What changes when fulfillment runs from China.

  • Reinforced packing for valuable goods

Reinforced packing and careful handling for electronics and premium items, where protection and presentation matter.

  • Checked before it ships

Every batch is counted, condition-checked and photographed on arrival, before a unit is shelved or sent.

  • Routing agreed per product

Where a product has specific shipping requirements, handling and routing are agreed for your account before a quote is confirmed.

  • One stock pool, direct and wholesale

Consumer orders and carton or pallet orders for partners are prepared from the same inspected stock.

  • Less time from production to sale

Stock moves from the factory to our shelves within China, rather than waiting on bulk freight to an overseas warehouse first.

Workflow

Illustrative example: launching a device in a new market

  1. 1You send the product specification, including the battery type, so handling and routing can be confirmed for each destination before quoting.
  2. 2Devices arrive from the factory and are counted, checked and photographed before being shelved.
  3. 3Consumer orders from your store are packed with reinforced protection and shipped on the carrier agreed for each market.
  4. 4A distribution partner's order is prepared from the same stock and shipped as cartons or pallets on a custom quote.

Good to know

What to plan for.

We'd rather you know these before applying.

  • Every enquiry is reviewed individually: tell us your products, typical monthly orders and markets, and we confirm what we can handle before we quote.
  • Products containing batteries, or with other specific shipping requirements, are reviewed per product: not every product can use every route or service, and this is confirmed before you are quoted.
  • Shipping options, transit times and any cover for loss or damage depend on the destination, the carrier and the agreed service.
  • Wholesale and distributor orders are priced as a custom quote and set up per client.

FAQ

Electronics & accessories: common questions

Can you ship products with batteries?

It depends on the product and the destination. Send the battery type and specification with your enquiry; handling and routing are agreed per product before a quote is confirmed.

How are high-value devices protected?

Fragile and high-value goods get reinforced packing and careful handling, and every inbound batch is inspected with photo documentation before it is shelved.

Can you supply our distributors as well as our customers?

Yes. Carton and pallet orders to retailers and distributors are prepared from the same inspected stock as consumer parcels, priced as a custom quote.

Do you handle phone accessories?

Yes, as part of consumer electronics. Accessories with many compatible variants are held as separate SKUs and picked with barcode verification.
