Fulfillment for startups and growing e-commerce brands

Fulfillment from China for new and growing e-commerce brands. There is no minimum order volume, including brands starting with a small inventory. Tell us about your products, monthly order volume, and target markets to find the right setup. Our US$0.50 order fee covers receiving, storage, pick and pack, parcel insurance and an account manager, with shipping quoted separately.

  3. Your customers

In short

SuperFulfill reviews each enquiry individually. Tell us your products, typical monthly orders, and markets, and we confirm what we can handle before we quote. There is no setup fee and no lock-in contract. Once rates are agreed, stock moves to your assigned warehouse in China, the store connection is tested, and orders can start. After inventory arrives at the warehouse, standard onboarding takes approximately 1–2 business days. That timing does not include collection, manufacturing, or transportation to the warehouse.

Who it suits

Is this a fit for your business?

  • New and growing e-commerce brands that manufacture in China
  • Brands comparing China fulfillment before their first warehouse setup
  • Stores that want the published order fee, storage terms and onboarding steps before they ask for a shipping quote

Common challenges

01

Whether a small brand can start

There is no minimum order volume. SuperFulfill accepts startups and low-volume brands, including businesses starting with a small inventory. Products and markets are still reviewed before a quote.

02

Shipping cost is not a flat startup rate

Shipping is quoted separately from the US$0.50 order fee, using the packed parcel's size and weight, the destinations and the service level. Billable weight is the greater of actual and volumetric weight.

03

Stock paid for before it sells

Pre-stocking an overseas warehouse means paying for production, freight and storage before the stock sells.

How fulfilling from China helps

What changes when fulfillment runs from China.

  • No minimum orders

There is no minimum order volume and no minimum monthly billing. Startups and growing brands can begin with a small inventory. Tell us your products and markets, and each enquiry is reviewed before we quote.

  • US$0.50 per order

The fee covers receiving, storage, pick and pack, a standard mailer and an account manager, whatever the number of items. Every parcel is insured as part of our US$0.50 per-order fulfillment fee, providing coverage for lost or damaged shipments. Shipping is quoted separately. Manufacturing or sourcing custom packaging materials is quoted separately.

  • Storage included

Storage is included in the US$0.50 order fee, with no limit on volume or duration and no seasonal storage surcharges.

  • Fulfillment onboarding

Shopify, TikTok Shop and Amazon connect directly. WooCommerce and eBay are supported channels. Your account manager confirms how orders reach us for your store during onboarding. After stock arrives, standard onboarding takes approximately 1–2 business days.

Good to know

What to plan for.

We'd rather you know these before applying.

  • Every enquiry is reviewed individually: tell us your products, typical monthly orders and markets, and we confirm what we can handle before we quote.
  • There are no setup fees or account fees. No lock-in is required.
  • Shipping is quoted separately. Duties and taxes are included in the DDP shipping quote, not in the US$0.50 order fee. Every parcel is insured as part of our US$0.50 per-order fulfillment fee, providing coverage for lost or damaged shipments. Manufacturing or sourcing custom packaging materials is quoted separately.
  • SuperFulfill holds stock you own. We are not a supplier catalogue and don't buy products order by order.
  • Delivery times depend on the destination, the carrier and the service level chosen.
