In short
SuperFulfill provides bundle fulfillment for e-commerce orders from stock held in China. Items in multi-SKU orders are picked with barcode checks, so the right product and variant goes into each parcel. A standard mailer is included, and kitting and packaging labor are included in the US$0.50 fee. If you supply branded mailers, boxes or inserts, orders are packed with them. Manufacturing or sourcing custom packaging materials is priced by the material and supplier. Shipping is quoted separately from the packed parcel.

Kitting in the order fee

Custom materials quoted separately
Packaging and kitting labor are included in the US$0.50 fee. Manufacturing or sourcing custom packaging materials is quoted by the material and supplier. Shipping is quoted from the packed parcel's size and weight, the destination, and the service level.

Is kitting included in the US$0.50 order fee?
Yes. Inspection, kitting, packaging handling, inserts and relabelling are included in the US$0.50 order fee, whatever the number of items. Parcel insurance is included in that fee. Shipping is quoted separately. Manufacturing or sourcing custom packaging materials is quoted separately.
What packaging is included?

How are the right products picked for a bundle?
Stock is shelved by SKU. Items are picked with barcode checks, so the right product and variant goes into each parcel. If an order is packed incorrectly, report it with the order reference. What is covered is confirmed under the client agreement.
