Each order is picked with barcode checks, packed to the standard agreed for your products and handed to a carrier chosen for its destination.
In short
When an order reaches our warehouse, the items are picked with barcode checks, packed in quality-checked packaging (your own branded packaging if you supply it) and dispatched to a carrier chosen for the destination. If we make an error, we correct it at our cost under your client agreement.

Items are scanned as they're picked, so the right product and variant goes into each parcel.
Your packaging
Use standard packaging, or supply branded mailers, boxes and inserts and we'll pack with them.
Fragile and high-value goods
Reinforced packing and careful handling for breakables, electronics and premium products where protection and presentation matter.
Products with shipping rules
Items such as fragrance, batteries and other regulated goods are reviewed per product before we confirm handling and routing.

Pick, Pack & Dispatch: common questions
What happens if an order is fulfilled incorrectly?
If the error is on our side, we correct it at our cost. Liability terms are set out in every client agreement.
How does pricing work?
Fulfillment is US$0.50 per order, covering inbound receiving, storage, picking and packing, and a dedicated account manager. Shipping is quoted separately for your products and destinations, either from a standard rate card or as a custom quote per product. Duties, insurance and custom packaging materials aren't included in the per-order price.
Are there setup or hidden fees?
There are no setup fees. You pay for fulfillment and shipping as quoted, and every charge appears on your daily invoice in the client portal.
