Fulfillment from China for scaling, high-volume e-commerce brands

Run international fulfillment from one stock pool beside your manufacturers, with DDP shipping as standard and one account manager who knows your operation.

  1. Your factory
  2. SuperFulfill, China
  3. Your customers

In short

Brands shipping thousands of orders a month usually have the same problems: costs that grow with every surcharge, stock split across regional warehouses, and nobody at their provider who knows the account. SuperFulfill holds your inventory in China, checks every inbound batch, picks and packs each order with barcode checks, and ships it worldwide on DDP terms as standard. One order fee covers receiving, storage, pick and pack, kitting, inserts and parcel insurance, and a dedicated account manager coordinates the operation. We work with growing and established businesses and review capacity and requirements individually, so we confirm what we can handle for your products, volumes and markets before we quote.

Who it suits

Is this a fit for your business?

  • Shopify and multi-channel brands shipping thousands of orders a month that manufacture in China
  • Brands selling into several countries that want one stock pool instead of a warehouse per region
  • Operations teams that want one accountable contact rather than a ticket queue
  • Brands whose fulfillment bill has grown faster than their orders because of storage, receiving and handling surcharges
  • Brands outgrowing their current provider and planning a move

Common challenges

01

Costs that scale the wrong way

Storage by the pallet, receiving by the hour, per-unit fees and minimums add up. At volume, the true cost per order can drift well away from the headline pick-and-pack fee.

02

Inventory split by region

Pre-positioning stock in a warehouse per market means forecasting each SKU per region, paying freight and storage in advance, and still running out in one country while overstocked in another.

03

Slow replenishment

Every restock of an overseas warehouse waits on production and then bulk freight before a bestseller is back on sale.

04

No one owns the account

At volume, problems are expensive. A ticket queue that routes each question to someone new makes every exception take longer.

How fulfilling from China helps

What changes when fulfillment runs from China.

  • One stock pool for every market

Inventory is held once, in China, and orders to every destination are picked from it, so stock isn't committed to a region before it sells.

  • One order fee, the warehouse work included

Receiving, unlimited storage, pick and pack, a standard mailer, inspection, kitting, inserts, relabelling and parcel insurance are included in the order fee, whatever the number of items.

  • Checks before stock goes live

Every inbound batch is counted against your packing list, condition-checked and photographed before it's shelved, and items are picked with barcode checks.

  • DDP shipping as standard

For supported destinations and products, shipments go on DDP terms with duties and taxes included in the shipping price, so customers aren't asked to pay on delivery. The terms for your products and markets are confirmed in your quotation.

  • A dedicated account manager

One person who knows your products, exceptions and launch plans, in a shared WhatsApp group or by email.

  • Restocks move within China

Replenishment travels from your factory to our shelves within China instead of across an ocean.

Workflow

Illustrative example: moving a growing brand's fulfillment to China

  1. 1Your team shares monthly orders, units per order, SKUs with packed sizes and weights, destinations and current invoices; we review them and prepare a fulfillment and shipping quotation.
  2. 2Once terms are agreed, we help coordinate the transfer of remaining stock from your current provider, and new production ships from the factory to your assigned warehouse in China, where each delivery is counted and checked.
  3. 3Your account manager tests the store connection with real orders before new orders are routed to SuperFulfill at an agreed cutover.
  4. 4Orders to each market are picked from one stock pool, packed to your specification and shipped on DDP terms; restocks are planned with your account manager.

Good to know

What to plan for.

We'd rather you know these before applying.

  • Every enquiry is reviewed individually: tell us your products, typical monthly orders and markets, and we confirm what we can handle before we quote.
  • Delivery times depend on the destination, the carrier and the service level chosen.
  • Products with specific shipping requirements, such as fragrance and other regulated goods, are reviewed per product: handling and routing are agreed per client before a quote is confirmed.
  • Visibility today: the client portal shows daily invoices with a breakdown of each charge and your wallet balance. Your account manager shares stock and order updates directly.
  • We can help coordinate inventory transfers from your existing fulfillment provider; collection arrangements and any associated costs are discussed during your migration review. Customs, international freight and other third-party charges are not automatically covered.

FAQ

Scaling & high-volume brands: common questions

Can SuperFulfill handle thousands of orders a month?

We work with growing and established businesses, and we don't publish a fixed maximum volume. Tell us your current and expected monthly orders, including peaks: capacity and requirements are reviewed individually, and we confirm what we can handle for your products and markets before we quote.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times depend on the destination, the product type, the shipping service and your operational requirements. Ask for estimates for your main markets when you request a quotation.

How are international returns handled?

Return-handling options depend on the destination, the product category and your operational requirements, so they're discussed individually. Tell us your current returns volume and process when you enquire.

Do you accept oversized or restricted products?

Each product is assessed individually: compatibility, handling, shipping options and any associated fees are confirmed for your products and destinations before a quotation is agreed.

How is pricing structured at higher volumes?

Fulfillment is US$0.50 per order, whatever the number of items, covering receiving, storage, pick and pack, a standard mailer, inspection, kitting, inserts, relabelling, parcel insurance and a dedicated account manager. Shipping is quoted separately for your products and destinations, and the shipping terms, including duties and taxes, are confirmed in the quotation. There are no setup fees and no lock-in contract.

How do we move from our current 3PL?

We plan the move with you: the inventory transfer, store connection, packaging and shipping. We can help coordinate inventory transfers from your existing fulfillment provider. Collection arrangements and any associated costs can be discussed during your migration review. After stock arrives, standard onboarding takes approximately 1–2 business days, and orders start once stock is checked in and the store connection is tested.

Which sales channels connect?

Shopify, TikTok Shop and Amazon connect directly, so orders reach our warehouse and tracking numbers go back to your store. WooCommerce, eBay and B2B or wholesale orders are also fulfilled; your account manager confirms how orders reach us during onboarding.

What happens if an order is fulfilled incorrectly?

If the error is on our side, we correct it at our cost. Liability terms are set out in every client agreement.
