What to prepare for a China fulfillment quote

A fulfillment quote is only as good as the information behind it. SuperFulfill builds rates from a short checklist. This is what to have ready.
The checklist
Six things, most of which you already know:
- Your brand and store: business name and website or store link.
- Platform: for example Shopify, TikTok Shop or Amazon, plus any wholesale orders.
- Monthly order volume: roughly how many orders you ship per month.
- Main markets: the countries you sell to most, which determine shipping rates.
- Your products: a list with sizes and weights.
- Average units per order, and any special handling needs (fragile, oversized, regulated).
What happens next
We review your application and prepare pricing for your products and markets, either a standard rate card or a per-product quote. Once rates are agreed, you send stock to your assigned warehouse in China, your store is connected and your account manager confirms when orders can start shipping.
