How is SuperFulfill's pricing calculated?
Fulfillment is US$0.50 per order, whatever the number of items, and covers receiving, storage, pick and pack, a standard mailer and a dedicated account manager. Shipping is quoted separately from your products, packed parcel size and weight, destinations and service level. We review your requirements before we quote.
Are there separate storage fees?
No. Storage is included in the US$0.50 order fee, with no limit on volume or duration.
Are there receiving or handling fees?
Receiving is included, with no additional charges for pallets, unlabelled or mixed cartons, counting discrepancies or labelling. Inspection, kitting, inserts and relabelling are included in the order fee too. Shipping, duties and taxes, insurance and custom packaging materials are charged separately.
Do you support Shopify?
Yes. Shopify connects directly, so orders reach our warehouse and tracking numbers go back to your store. Your account manager confirms how orders reach us for your store during onboarding.
Can I switch from my existing fulfillment provider?
Yes. We review your current process and requirements, plan the inventory move, store connection, packaging and shipping, then check in your stock and test the connection before orders start. The timing mostly depends on when your stock is ready to move.
How do I receive a quote?
Send the quote form with your business name, store, approximate monthly orders and main destinations. Product and parcel details help if you have them; if not, we confirm them with you. Our team reviews your requirements and replies with your rates. Asking for a quote doesn't commit you to anything.
Which countries can you ship to?
We ship from China to customers worldwide on a carrier chosen for each destination, on DDP terms as standard. Options and restrictions depend on the destination and the product, so tell us your markets and we confirm them before you start.
Can you handle high-volume brands?
Tell us your current and expected monthly orders. Every enquiry is reviewed individually, and we confirm what we can handle for your products and markets before we quote.
Is there a minimum order volume?
We don't publish a fixed minimum. Tell us your products, typical monthly orders and markets when you enquire, and we review each enquiry individually before we quote.
